Eligibility for Refund

This refund guarantee applies only to purchases of the 6-box + 2 FREE boxes package made via our official website.

Claim Deadline:

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date of receiving the product. (Refer to the delivery tracking number for confirmation date).

Refund Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, all the following conditions must be fulfilled:
